Khalid Siraj
Khalid has more than two decades of national and international corporate experience at leadership positions with a leading multinational. He started his career as medical representative and progressed through his career in the fields of Sales Force Management, Talent Management and Human Resource Management. He has international working experience as Talent Manager for APAC in Singapore, HR Business Partner in emerging market of Vietnam and have worked on seven different roles in business and HR with specialization in following areas Executive Coaching Experience of One2One coaching many senior manager’s in Pakistan and abroad with successful outcomes for the individuals and organization. Talent Management Experience of completing projects in Employer branding, Recruitment, Performance Management, initiating and implementing people portfolio, Assessment & Development Centers and Succession Planning Sales Force Development Khalid believes that 1st line manager in sales has a role of Sales Training Manager (STM). Sales Training Programs are focused on transforming 1st line manager to STM for their teams. Leadership Academy He is a certified global trainer for multinational clients to deliver their leadership curriculum in Asian markets. Has experience of installing Leadership academy for middle to senior leaders as per their business of clients. Visiting Faculty He is also a visiting faculty at Institute of Business Management, where he shares his insights and contributes in development of young leaders of Pakistan.

Caroline Lewis
Caroline is an MCIPD qualified learning & development professional with proven skills in the design, development and delivery of training and development solutions focusing on the areas of leadership, team development, communication and performance management. In addition, she works on a one-to-one basis, with individuals at all levels, as a coach, helping people to fulfil their potential. Caroline’s experience was gained during 18 years working with Barclays Bank Plc and, for the last 18 years as an independent consultant, where she has worked with Private, Public and 3rd Sector organisations. Sectors worked in during the last 5 years are: finance, insurance, telecoms, pharmaceutical, crop science, education, food manufacturing, construction, rail, third sector/charitable, utilities and government departments.
Alijaan Fidai
Alijaan has more than 15 years of diverse experience in the HR discipline. He is a seasoned Talent Management expert with focus on Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. He has developed his Human Resource professional capabilities in international setting by working under some of the leading HR experts in their specialized fields. He started his career with Starcom, a leading digital media company and joined Hay Group as consultant in UAE market. After getting consulting experience, he took over role of Group HR Business Partner for Aban Investment in UAE. Later he moved to US and joined Geico as Regional HR Manager in TEXAS. He has international working experience for companies in South Asia, GCC and the United States. His expertise within the HR field comes from his exposure of working for a wide array of organizations and their stages, from start-ups, family-owned organizations to Fortune 500 companies in the US. He has spent time learning software development and is well-versed in Agile methodologies. AJ's strong suit also lies in his communication skills and is also a certified Berlitz instructor, certified in the Hay Methodolgy of Job Evaluation and well versed with all the psychometric tools used in the Talent Management Process.

Waleed is a CLM consultant for some of the biggest pharmaceutical companies across the world; primarily focusing on advising e-detailing platforms and Veeva supplementary solutions to the healthcare industry. Waleed understands the needs of clients and is well versed with providing solutions for problems that companies are not yet aware will arise in the future; as is reflected by his consultancy to marketing agencies in Europe that are not all aware about the transition of pharma companies towards using Veeva iRep Waleed consults to industries beyond the pharmaceutical industry; these include Marketing & Advertising Agencies, SaaS Companies and Financial Services Industry.
